Film project

If you consider the National Popular Vote a bit wonky and unsexy, you are not alone even though the concept and related bill are quite elegant and straightforward and, more importantly, highly powerful and empowering in what they can achieve for us as citizens.

Film is a great medium for bringing even the driest topics to life, and our thanks go to filmmaker Lisa Elaine Scott for applying her documentary talents to electoral reform, including the National Popular Vote, in a series of brief videos. We hope you'll take a moment to check out the clips below.

Lisa also plans to film our National Popular Vote March for 2020 on October 7, 2017, and use some of the footage in her upcoming work.
